Flicker Crypt candles are all handmade and have all gone through extensive testing. Due to being handmade in small batches, there may be slight imperfections, such as frosting or varying colour differences between batches. These imperfections are purely cosmetic and will not impact on the candles or wax melts burn quality or performance. However, if you feel the product you received is not as described or is damaged in any way, please email info@flickercrypt.com and we’ll try to address any issues as best we can.
